Q-How long will it take for me to get my wedding album?
A-In most cases, wedding albums will be completed within 90 days of the wedding.

Q-I purchased a dvd from my wedding, when should I get it?
A-Editing video and putting together the final dvd does take time, but generally within 90 days of your wedding date, you will have your dvd.

Q-Do you have a payment plan?
A-Arrangement can be made, at our discretion, for payments to be made during the months leading up to your wedding. Final payment is due they day of the wedding, this is non-negotiable.

Q-How much of a down payment do I have to pay for LPI to hold the wedding date for us?
A-We require half of the total payment due at the signing of contract.

Q-My grandmother has a glass eye, and it looks strange in some of the photos, can this be fixed?
A-Yes, touchups can be done for an additional fee.

Q-What if my reception runs later than we originally thought, and we want you to stay and keep taking photos?
A-For an hourly fee, which depending on the number of photographers/assistants at your wedding, we can stay as long as you’d like us to.

Q-What if I originally decide on the cd, than 6 months from now, I decide I want a book?
A-We will also have copies of all the images, and we can help you create a book at a later date.

Q-Do you shoot black and white or color?
A-We shoot a mixture of both.

Q-What kind of equipment do your photographers use? Digital or film?
A-Our photographers use digital slr cameras, primarily Nikon, to photograph weddings. We have the latest gear and use Macintosh computers for editing and post production.

Q-I have a creative side, and want to design my own album, can you shoot the photographs of my wedding and give them to me on a high res CD?
A-Absolutely.

Q-I looked at your package choices, and don’t see exactly what I want, can I come up with my own package?
A-Yes, you can. We are flexible and willing to customize a package to fit your specific needs and budget.

Q-Do you do video, with sound and all, of the event?
A-What we offer is a dvd with video highlights, mixed in with still images, played to music from your wedding day.

Q-How many photos do you take in an average 8 hour event?
A-Usually, between two photographers, about 450-700 photographs are taken.

Q-What if some of my relatives want to order prints?
A-All the images are uploaded online, so friends and relatives can view them via then internet, and order the also if they’d like to.

Q-It’s been six months since my wedding, now that I’m ready to order some prints, I can’t find my cd. Can I get another one?
A-Yes. LPI will keep a copy of the images from your wedding day, for backup, just in case. For $100, a copy can be purchased, assuming that a cd was in the package that you originally purchased.
